hand held programmer that changes some of your ecu settings to get the most out of mods and whatnot

but you cannot do it with just a hand held... you have to have the professional softwear to have it turned off...

the software is specific to the tuner. It costs a more on top of the tuner to get it but if you purchase one from one of the online vendors you can tell them to disable PATS in the tune when they send it to you.
