alright so there i was minding my ownbusiness when i got called into my sgts office. he informed me that i was moving to a different platoon that needs me.. well once i got to my new platoon i was getting a typed document that all imcoming soldiers recieve that lets them know expectations and shit like that. well he was taking forever.. so i was was ganna try and break the ice with him and crack a joke.. so i was like "first time sgt??" cause you know he was taking for ever. the fuckin dood snaps like some one just killed his fuckin dog. smokes the fuck out of me. then i got written up and now i have to write a 10,000 word essay on RESPECT! how the fuck can i write a 10,000 word essay on respect when the entire deffinition of respect is like 8 words long!!! i need some help here! how the fuck am i suppose to do this. cause if i dont then im fucked.. it will be like a snowball effect and just get worse for me... fuck!! MM HELP ME!!

say something like respect is when you're laugh at a joke in order to make familiarity with other people. when you know that you just want to have the best intentions and yet you get shot down, that is called disrespect. Then go on saying how much disrespect you got out of that and how that made you feel, add some psychobabble in there and maybe you'll get pitied....

What rank are you? If you're an E3 or below learn to keep your mouth shut. You should have learned that in boot camp depending on what service you're in. 20k words is way over the top. I would talk to your sgt (not the one you pissed off by your smart ass remark) unless that's him and explain that you were trying to be funny. If the one you pissed off is directly in charge of you, you sir are fucked. First impressions are everything. Just coming from a former sgt in the suck.
