Race Car Trailer Help

How do I mount my Roll Around tool box (craftsman) in my trailer so that it does not tip over and spill all over? I still want it portable so I can roll it out in the pits.

I can strap it in where it will pull it away from the wall, but no way to strap it to the wall, any ideas? Not against drilling new holes in the trailer as long as it looks good...

This is how I want it to be, but secure (this setup tossed the tools everywhere and nothing was secure after that... the chest fell over)

I would drill D hooks into it personally. That's what I did with my trailer and it looks clean.

I took my built brackets that hold the box in my trailer, but it was a lot of work.

they are plenty strong enough to hold a 600 cc bike.. I am sure your tool chest should be no problem.

Built L shaped brackets out of polished Aluminum, then got some universal weather stripping, and put it on the edge so it didn't scuff my box. When I get home I'll go take some pics for you.

Im thinking 2 L brackets on the side of the tool box and then with a pin type thing through one of the holes in the tool box, and it would work. I will probably just tie them down tommorow its only 6 miles to the track, and I will have the ATV in there to hold them to the wall... But eventually I want it where I dont have to worry at all...

2 metal brackets is a fix.. do it right.. toss real metal all the way around. That's how I did it..
I added 2 lengths of metal all the way around the inside of it. about a foot and a half apart.. I'll take a pic in the morning of it for you..

Im thining I will put some EYE bolts in the walls so I can strap around the box to the wall, that should keep it up right and then with the wheels locked I should have no issues at all...

Will the walls on the trailer be strong enough, the trailer is not that thick of walls from what I can tell, but it seems solid.

found this to use....

Buyers Rope Ring with E-Track Fitting | D-Rings | Northern Tool + Equipment

going to just take some of the E track out of the floor and put it on the wall, and then use it for two hooks like that.
