Lookie what I got....

Well I decided I am sick of living off of student loans and being strapped for cash so I found a guy who was selling "his mobile detailing setup", I already have a generator and tank so I picked these bad boys up from him. I used to detail for a friend of mine who had his own company in Las Vegas for over 3 years so what the hell, why not work for myself when I want. This way if I have tests or anything I am in control of my schedule. I did my buddies accord yesterday with a 4 step paint restoration and it turned out great, I forget how much I enjoy actually doing manual labor. I paid $200 for the dewalt with a bag and 8 different pads, the porter cable with 5 pads, and a bunch of sealers, polishes, waxes, etc. Not to bad huh?

And of course I will post pics of my baby after she gets a 10 hour treatment

200 for just the DeWalt and porter cable is a hell of a deal... not to mention all the pads and shit as well... lol I am jealous

Thanks 510jatt, I know it will take a bit of work but the results usually speak for themselves, I am kind of excited cause I haven't actually worked in about a year

Nustang, I know it's a hell of a deal huh? Gotta love Craigslist, I didn't even find it a buddy of mine knew I had applied at a few places and he saw it online and bought it for me, he was like, "I couldn't imagine you working at Home Depot wearing one of those cute little aprons, so I did you a favor!" Pays to have good friends!

Oh I know bud, I have seen a few characters burn through some expensive paint, 1200-1500 rpm is your friend especially with that thing. I have spent many hours on one so I am not too worried. It will be nice though if I do some boats!!

PS weems your new avi is the greatest thing I have seen in a while

Yeah they can be very helpful though when wanting to move a bit faster, but the main thing is to stay away from edges.
