Only sucky thing about it was when it was in the ditch, it was just laying on the bottom of the asphault. Just teeter tottering on two wheels.

Good luck with it all, accidents are a bia, I was on the verge of tears after my last one (oct. 06 so its been awhile) but I had just got my car fixed and repainted 2 weeks before it... terrible. Alls well that ends well hope it all gets fixed up (and say your back hurts for some meds + insurance fraud)

*update*
The hospital said I didn't have any fractures or misalignments. Just muscle tension that is making my back feel like a piece of wood right now. My neck is still sore but we'll see.

The claims adjuster came to look at my car and gave my dad a check for 1400 dollars. This is to cover *fixing* the bent cb (not replacing wtf), replacing the rear bumper, painting the front bumper, side skirts, and the new rear bumper and all the labor to do this. This is not covering what damage was done by bottoming out my car on the pavement from the ditch. The guy said that if the garage thought it would cost more then they would just send them the bill for the rest and not me.

I really hope they don't try to *fix* broken cb exhaust instead of replacing it. I can't stand the thought of *fixing* stuff that wasn't broke to begin with. IMO she hit me and I deserve to have everything replaced that was damaged in the wreck. I was also planning on putting money with it for mac cb. It better be done up right or I'm just going to be sick.

You could always get a v6 rear bumper and get some mac pro dumps.

I was stopped in front of her waiting to turn off and she was watching to see if a car was going to hit her from another road and failed to look forward at me sitting in front of her.

That would be a good idea for a sleeper like mine. I'm just going to get the cosmetics replaced and hopefully throw some money with the exhaust to get some mac cb if they replace it like they should.

I'm so sore from this mess. I never realized how much worse a car wreck is if you're driving. I've always been the passenger and never got hurt. This time's different.

Hey sorry you're hurting and sorry to see this. You may end up having to take her to small claims court if you can't get the car repaired to your satisfaction. My daughter was rear ended and that driver had Safeco ins...well they will not repair the car all the way...the trunk is all out of alignment and they refuse to adjust their original estimate. Daughter says..nope I'm not taking her to court, it's not her fault they won't fix my car....yeah RIGHT! LOL I'd be sueing her ass...
