i always figured why should I do all the work. how about equal rights. if I have to take the time to put it up, the girl can take the time to put it down. hell if you are going to leave me and take half my shit, then you do half the work to deserve it.

I've got a sure fire way to get back at'em if they ever bitch at you for leaving it down.

This works best if you wake up in the morning before they do.

the set-up: tell them "fine next time i won't even bother to put it up" it also helps if you keep saying it for awhile but never actually follow up on it. that will help them remember what you said when you do actually "leave it down"

the payback: go into the bathroom and use it just like you normally would,put the seat down and when you wash your hands,sprinkle a few drops of water on the toilet seat and let'em sit on that.

I always like this one. My dad did it to my mom when they first started dating.

Take a package of ketchup, like the kind you get at McDonalds, fold it in half and use a needle to put a tiny hole in the crease of the package, leave it folded and put it under the little stands on the bottom of the seat. Leave quickly so as not to get caught, and wait for the screams. :award

i haven't tried this yet but.......

get a piece of clear tubing the same size as the little jet in the toilet, fold it at about a 75 degree angle and just long enough to barely stick out of the water and put on some rubber gloves and stick it in that little hole so when they flush...... lol
