And that brings me to another point, why in the hell does it cost so much to dynotune a mustang? All the shops here charge 500+ for a mustang

fuck a dyno tune.. for my friends, I charge $175 for a full wideband street tune... basically 100 for to HPtuners credits, 75 for actually spending 2 hours in the vehicle getting it spot on... I can determine power difference by looking at actual metered air and VE.. very accurate.

Honestly guys Im confused. Beef, if you want a camaro get one. If your dont, dont. The chevy vs ford; camaro vs mustang competition will always be there. The facts dont lie, if you want to buy a older car and dump 10K into the motor then you will have a faster car then you do now...at least i hope you would . Im a ford guy, so i would say keep your stang and go F/I. You sound like a F-body guy at heart so go for it. If i wanted a really fast car i would sell mine and buy a old fox body and work the hell out of it; instead i like the reliability of a newer car. Good luck in whatever you go with, at least your not getting a honda

You can buy any 10 year old v8 sports car and dump $10,000.00 into it and get low 11's or high 10's out of it. Or you can keep and build what you want. Or just buy a crotch rocket. Or buy a f-18. The car is what you make it. I want to see someone beat justin burcham's mustang. There will always be chevy vs ford and chevy using 9 inch ford rear ends(but ford's suck). All it is.....is people talking shit for what they don't have.

Go get a cobra jet. Or a 750rwhp whipple ford gt. The only problem with ford Is they can make BAD ASS motors, but they never put them into production. They had that 6.2L N/A motor in the works and scrapped it because of gas prices and the economy, and they were also the only american company not needing a bail out.

My point is, it doesn't matter what fucking car you have it is what you do with it.
