Certificate of Destruction COD Title Car Anyone know anythin
Hello, I just purchased a mustang with a COD title. I live in Arkansas and the COD title is from Florida. Anyone see any problems with doing this? Anyone ever done this before? I got a smokin deal on an 01 GT Vert. now if I can only get it titled....
Posted this on a few other sites, but need to get as many opinions as possible. |

...I personally wouldn't mess with it. I don't know much about it, but it doesnt sound good.

A "Certificate of Destruction" title is a salvage title. |

They got new laws for salvage titles now. You better know them before you sell it.
