what else can go wrong?

aiight first off i'm supposed to pick my car up tomorrow from getting the cage done. well first,the guy that i was gonna take it to to get the cage painted,backed out on me. then we were gonna try and do it at the guys house where we were gonna put the motor in because he's got a heated shop where the paint would stick and the primer could cure correctly. well he's got a car in his shop he's finishing so it looks like it'll have to sit at my house for a couple of weeks til he can get that other car done and out of his shop. to make things even worse the guy that was gonna loan me his trailer to tow it back to my house has to use it to deliver a tractor for a customer. i can't leave it at the guys house who did the cage cuz he's got another car comin in behind me. so it has to be outta there by tomorrow.

the outcome: i'm gonna have to wind up calling a towtruck to pick my shit up and bring it 30 miles back to my house with no primer or paint on the cage and i can't find anyone with a heated shop that i could keep it at til next weekend so i can mask off the car and paint the cage so it won't rust.

i'm not blaming anyone cuz i know everyone has outside priorities and shit happens but it's just my fuckin luck.

I feel your pain. I got a 74 custom Harley Sportster that needs engine work. I don't work on Harley engines, so I have a freind thats does. He is working all the time, so I just might have to take it to a Harley shop. I hate to do that. They want a arm and a leg to do anything. I need it up by this spring to ride.
