Went to NHRA supernationals
My dad and I went to the Supernationals today at Englishtown NJ and all I have to say was it was AWESOME!!!!! I don't think much can compare to having a 7000hp+ Top Fuel car fly past you at 300mph when your standing 50 feet away at the fence. Walking through the pits and watching the teams teardown and completley rebuild an engine between rounds is cool as hell too. They are so efficient at what they do and they all know there jobs its crazy. Right now im watching it on TV again (I don't know why) and it just does not compare. When you're at the track you don't just see how fast and powerful these cars are you feel it in your chest when they drive by. Its just absolutely INSANE!!! Just thought I would share with you what an awesome day I had.
