How to break bad habits?

Develop a different bad habit. In stead of chewing my fingernails I am now a bed wetter. jk wear a rubber band around your wrist , anytime you catch yourself doing "the habit" stretch the rubber band and let it slap you lol

...i have one...reply to my text.

It takes 21 days on avg to create a habit. So everytime you have that urge for that habit either replace it with something else, or just fight it until the urges aren't there anymore.

Oh ok. I got my dad the same thing I got him for what the past 10 years or so. Absolutly nothing. I forgot it's fathers day. Well then. Have a good one. I get to go to work...yay

. I want my fucking day off. Out work weeks are Wed-Tues, and tomorrow will be my first day off of the week. Weird work weeks, and crazy schedules suck.

Stop talking to him. Seriously delete his number. It's only going to get better if you make it better. It won't get better, but following the same path as you have been following. Is it hard to not talk to hmi? I bet it is, but you have to do it for yourself. It's not exactly a habit. You may be going through the motions because it's "comfortable," but thats not a habit.
