I tried to join, couldn't. Born deaf in my right ear. Had I been in it, I surely wouldn't try to act like I was a "savior" to the "ignorant masses" I would do my job at the best of my ability. Just like I do now. Do I disrespect those that gave their lives so I can be free? Certainly not. I've always been one to take up for those in the military.

I wasn't trying to be condescending about it at all...and by saying that most civilians dont fathom what we go through I was trying to say that alot of them don't understand how the military works...I mean my own mother thought we get paid extra for longer shifts, or that we don't go home on holidays because the higher ranking people took leave to stay in the local area with the family they see every day...it is just hard sometimes. I didn't mean to be a bitch by far, its just hard to sit back every day and see people not appreciate what others sacrifice...


That being said, i dont see how people could be doctors, firefighters, or policemen...i'd give them props

he was a creep man, selling albums and making music people like does not change the fact that he liked to be around kids way to much, and the fact that he had multiple surgeries and his face started to fall the fuck off. now im not going to say i am "happy" the man died, but people need to give the "oh no, he was an American hero" bit a rest, no he was not, not even close to a hero. In my opinion, he was a good representative of what is the matter with this country

A.) Having an amusement park doesn't mean anything. I wish I had a damn amusement park. Even if his was geared toward children, who cares. Are children's hospitals for children with terminal illnesses all full of child molesters too since everything in them is designed towards the children, to make them as happy and comfortable as possible.

B.) Not only was there never any proof to the child molestation case, but the alleged victim has announced he lied.

C.)Never did he once say or act like a woman, nor was he white by choice, as stated in previous posts in this very thread.

D.) If you don't care about what anyone else thinks on the matter, then why are you in this thread? What makes you think anyone cares about your biased opinion? What gives you the right to judge someone whom you've never had the privilege to meet, nor do you have any proof of his guilt to support your allegations?

E.) No one ever waited to make him an icon. He created his own legacy, he changed the world in more ways than any 1 person ever has and most likely ever will. He's the only person in the world to become as famous and wealthy as he was and still use his resources to help others, unselfishly I might add.
It's really hard to point fingers and call names when you can't and never will achieve a fraction of what he did.

Really? I mean seriously, you think MJ is the reason behind the problems in this country? haha now that's funny. He would make a better president and most of our former presidents, given his credentials.

Hell I've had plenty of surgeries, didn't change who I was one bit. Yea some of his surgeries seemed pointless to us but they were his decisions, and he wasn't making those decisions based on us.

Kind of like this forum. Everytime someone comes on asking what mods they should do to their car. It makes no point to ask everyone for their opinion b/c you will always have those who give their biased opinions. It's impossible to make everyone happy, but the world would be a far better place without people who constantly feel the need to give there weightless opinions. I never said I idolized him. Nor am I saying he didn't pay off the family, but if you look into the psychology of the case you would see numerous things that show the family lying, not that someone who obviously thinks he knows the truth behind the matter would care. I'm just saying he's innocent until proven guilty. If I'm the kind of person that pisses you off that would only mean that successful intelligent people piss you off. Not once have I said anything directly towards you, just stated facts. No "American hero" has ever done anything for you but that doesn't make them any less of an "American hero." How can you not compare the two. Both were made with children in mind. That was one of his joys and passions in life. Bringing happiness too children. I never said you didn't ever achieve anything, just said you will never achieve what he did. He changed the "world". You merely fight a cause for the US, which I am very proud of. I commend you and anyone who chooses to do that, but you can't honestly say that going to Iraq amounts to all the charity work MJ did that affected people around the world. What you are doing is merely for the US, and for the Middle East which do not make up the majority of the world.
