there was no noise that i could hear. although i had my helmet on and probably wouldn't of been able to anything if it did make a little noise. no oil leaked on the track or anything. im guessing the engine blew and i just happened to be pushing in the clutch to stop it from locking up. it wouldn't crank after it. we tried doing a rolling start and nothing

what happened when you did the rolling start? Did the car just lurch to a stop, any clanking noises? If something internal failed (especially a rod or a piston) you will hear all sorts of chaotic noises the moment you tried to spin it.

Have you tried to hand crank the engine? Does the crank spin freely?

and sorry, but I do have to ask an obvious question...what did the oil look like when you drained it? Any metal shavings in the oil or on the drain plug?

i don't remember what it did with the rolling start. i think it just kept rolling but jerked a bit when i let the clutch out. the crank does not spin freely

the oil was brownish but could of been from the antifrezze that was mixed in it still even after it separated.

i don't want to talk about it. i think if it was warmer out when i was running it, i would of gotten what i wanted. but the ground was cold (october in the midwest) it was like 60 during the day and 30's at night for at least a month.

but to answer your question my fastest time was a 14.03 @102 which was my second run and on street tires. the next week i had nittos but couldn't hook and couldn't get less than a 2.1 60' the person who owned the nittos could only get a 1.9 60' with a 12.60 at the same track and he has a mach 1 with 355rwhp

damn goob, that motor is gunky as fuck. You need to sea foam that thing. But at least your making some head way with it.
