Anyone else get constant headaches?

This shit blows. I wake up at least 3, if not more times a week with a headache that lasts me all day long. Sometimes they are tolerable, and sometimes not, but usually by the end of the day they have progressed so bad that I just have to go to bed. Anyone else with this problem?

I used to have it when i was younger. Sometimes i get them still but not as much.

It could be the amount of water you dont drink, and the amount of sugar you are taking in. If you sleep alot that could be one things, and the weather too. But also there could be a serious problem that needs to be checked out.

Ive figured out why i got mine alot and i changed some things i did, and its helped out alot. But when i get headaches there still really bad.

What kind of headaches? Behind the eyes? The whole head? Does your neck get tight?Either way go see a doctor man. When I was young I used to get migraines really bad...ended up the emergency room a few times for a morphine shot. This last year i started getting headaches again...behind the eyes...ended up being allergies/ hay fever.

Not saying you have what i have but thats exactly what i was feeling and waited waaaaay to long to go see a doctor only to find out i had really bad allergies. I never had allergies until this year and Im 31. You could just try an over the counter allergy pill with a decongestant just to see if it does anything for you. GO SEE A DOCTOR BRO!

I used to get severe migraine multiple times a week... I think it was attributed to the stress I was under in school. I used to have to go into a pitch dark room just to get them to calm down to the oint where they were bareable.

If you're waking up in the morning with headaches, go get a sleep study...that is NOT a migrane. I was waking up with headaches so I went and saw a doctor. Found out that I have SEVERE sleep apnea, which created a vacuum in my esphagus busting up my upper stomach valve (hiatal hernia). The hernia allowed me to regurgitate my food and aspirate (take into my lungs) stomach acid while I slept, which rendered me borderline athsmatic with a 19% loss of lung function. I had my tonsils, uvula, and some of my upper palate removed, recieved an esophogal scope, and am now on Prilosec twice a day and still occasionally need to use my C-PAP machine...go get it checked out!

Don't you work around chemicals weems? Do you think it could be fumes from the chemicals and all that cause it?

Yes, I get them at least 4-5 times a week Weems. I'm on a medicine I have to take now in the morning. Doctors don't know what's wrong. I've had cat scans, and MRI, another cat scan, I've even had a chiropractor take a look at me. Nothing worked (though the chiropractor helped). My doctor may think it's my metabolism. I'm 5' 6", 126lbs. But I eat like a 200lb animal. I constantly eat. But the problem is I can't gain weight. I move maybe 1 or 2 pounds sometimes but mostly hover around 126. They think my metabolism works to fast to the point where my body doesn't grab nutrients it needs before my body processes it, or something like that. So basically they think it's a "hunger" headache I get all the time but I do eat.

I dunno, I'm a clusterfuck when it comes to headaches. I don't know if that was any help or anything; i felt like sharing. I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets them all the time. Believe me, when they find out what's goin' on I'll be sure to let ya know.
