So I had let my air filter go FAR too long without cleaning and oiling it.....way too long. PCM kept throwing rich codes on bank one and two.

So I finally cleaned and oiled it.....and also found that the rubber junction that connects the filter shroud to the main intake tube had come undone.....I wonder how long my engine was sucking in unfiltered air. lol

I suck.

Hey not as bad as my old boss, she had a cai on her tahoe, filter fell off, kept driving it with a CEL getting like 9mpg and went to the dealership only to look like a retard

lol....I think I over tightened the hose clamps on the rubber grommet with my gorilla-like forearms....but I'm not that stupid. As soon as I saw the CEL i ran the programmer and eyeballed everything.
