Back home - ready to get back on my schedule! Feel like crap now - I managed to keep my portions to a minimum but the food we ate was pretty rich and def not diet food.

Going to the gym this afternoon - still fighting this sinus thing but looking forward to getting caught up on rest this weekend as well.

The company probably would have been better on at least one of the evenings had I eaten with you, Jake

How far is Romeo from Troy?

Fuck me. Still at 220. Last week I ate amazingly well. Grilled chicken thrice. Lemon tilapia once. One 8oz lean steak. No potatoes. No bread. Double veggies. No sodas. No fast food. Lots of fruit. Lots of healthy juices, grape, green tea, a little milk, carrot juice, non-fat yogruts, grapefruit, apples, peaches, pineapple, grapes, bananas, raspberries. Worked out like a motherfucker. For what I can do at the tank with my free weights. Still using my 20 & 35lb dumbbells. Doing two sets of 40 push-ups on a great day, two sets of 25 on a shit day, two sets of 30ish on an average day.

Sit-ups have been a bitch for me, because obviously at 40 and having been driving truck for 20 years, my gut got flabby. I could barely do two sets of 20 for the longest time, and then could not get all the way up at that.

This week I was finally able to do two sets of 25, all the way up, with a few oblique sit-ups thrown in, and felt good doing it. It was like a switch went off this week on the sit-ups, and my body said "Fuck yeah, I can do this now and like it."

However, still holding at 220......... I'm guessing I'm adding muscle as I lose gut, because this week my pants also got a little loser. The fuck am I supposed to weigh? Don't even know anymore. 200? I'm a hair under 6 foot. Big frame? I dunno. Never thought so. Wife says I am but I think I'm medium frame at best.

Next week though, I'm hoping my pants fall off!

Settle down there, Mama & Lacey.

I know i thought so too. There are other good choices for seafood though...they are better for you than some other meats

Yeah. The problem is, I can't stand most seafood. I only like a few fishes, like the aforementioned tilapia... I like pickerel, halibut.... and another unmentionable fish.

Too far?
