Wow it's been a while since I stepped in here.. I should post here more.
Well I have been going to the gym almost daily but I will go ahead and post just yesterday's workout, which was part of my upper body. I did: 3 sets of 5 reps with a 30lb dumbbell in each of the following: incline curls full regular curls 45 degree hammer curls Then with a barbell loaded to a total weight of 40lbs: 3 sets of 5 reps concentration curls then I did power rack pull ups which is where you place the adjustable bar on the lowest setting you can lie under and with and under handed grip you pull yourself up. You lie under the bar and at the top of the rep you are on your heels only, with most weight supported by the bar. you then move the bar up one notch and do five more reps, continuing until you reach the top notch. I then did 3 sets of five reps in the overhead dumbbell press with 50lbs in both the overhand and neutral position Then I did 3 sets of 5 reps of upright dumbbell rows with 90lbs plus bar Then 3 sets of 5 reps of barbell rows with 80lbs. Then 3 sets of 5 reps upright power rows (w dumbbell) @ 90lbs and about 100 pushups in various positions (wide arm, narrow arm, diamond, feet elevated, arms elevated, normal, etc) 100 crunches.. I think that's all. I have to finish upper body today if I can get to the gym, and the next workout will be lower body. The next workout after that will be a total body workout with different exercises that weren't included in previous workouts. I also play racquetball after working out for a little cardio and to keep from cramping. Oh, and I've lost 10lbs since I first posted here

My ass still hurts today.
Stretched several times through the day by folding my leg and laying it on a chair then leaning forward - which helped tremendously. I have also just taken another flexeril.

You're right I'm not
So. Ate pasta twice this week! But, other than that, no bacon, eggs, processed bs, gravy, potatoes, or burgers. Ate grilled chicken, fish, (yes, Lacey, the tilapia ), double veggies, and filled my electric cooler as usual with apples, pineapple, grapes, carrots, celery, strawberries, grape juice, milk, nonfat yogurt, grapefruit, green tea, and these two things:Genesis Today | Products | Acai Berry Juice and Danone DanActive - Home Lemme tell you, that acai juice makes you feel awesome. And that danactive l casei is absolutely fucking delicious. I worked out twice this week. Once moderately... yesterday like a motherfucker, for an hour, in the rain, wearing my nomex coveralls, work boots, heavy gloves, and a rain coat. You haven't lived until you get looked at like you're a flaming retarded pervert as people walk by while you pump iron and exercise in the pouring rain. Still holding at 220 though. What-the-fuck-ever. I know my gut is getting smaller. My pants fell off once! The people at toys-r-us were NOT impressed

I have been sparring twice a week, and I am getting ready for wrestling season. I have been offered a coaching job at a local high school. I have to make sure I'm on my A game, and that I'm in top shape. I don't want my boys showing me up.

Captain TIITB
Jake - Have your agent talk to you about a Personal Liability Umbrella Policy - add extra liability coverage to your insurance portfolio - High School Coaches are at a higher risk - protect yourself. Had a great workout last night. Not loosing still but the pants are feeling looser. I am currently having sheer comfort food - and beer. Rough night with the boy last night. He almost moved to his Dad's. And I was a-ok with that. Stressed. Very Stressed.

Not going to type out everything. Pretty much the same thing every week at this point. Slipped a couple times this week food wise, but other than that stuck to the game plan.
Officially under 220 now. <--219 as of this morning. First time in perhaps 7 years.

I'm down to 257lbs. Probably drop another 10-12lbs.
