Well, to be honest I would have to read the entire thread.
My only advice at this point it to swim. Less shock on the body and it works great on a few of our systems.

We have no pool, no access to a pool and we are no where near a natural body of water that is safe to swim in.

Going shopping today for new jeans in my new size.
And starting tomorrow, switching up the routine. Still doing treadmill workweek morning, but gonna do but/abs M,W,F and arms/back/chest T,Th. Also since we changed the clocks, gonna hit the street couple days after work and on weekends. OUTSIDE FTW!

That is AWESOME MG!!! I had planned to do that this weekend but outta time...not gonna happen. That's okay though - if I can put it off for a couple more weeks maybe I can clean out my entire closet and buy everything in new sizes. Starting not notice my large tops are looking baggy as well...bye bye boobies. lol
Great job again!! Keeping me motivated and inspired!!!

WHOOOOA... just got back from my soccer game...... tired i played the whole time... sadly we lost but... i played center midfield so i ran alot like always... 90 minutes of PT!!!! man do i miss my younger years playing at College....

Sweet! I got a little house cleaning and shopping done today but not alot of true cardio this weekend - walked Circle Center mall at least 3 times yesterday....but back to the gym tomorrow!

Got sick on Friday and today just started feeling better. SO missed the gym on Friday and feel 100% guilty about it.
 But I did measure my hips and went down an inch and a half.
