I wouldn't recommend working out that much either - unless you want muscles on your ass cheeks. lol

Speaking of ass cheeks....

He's had me do these crazy ass crunches 2 nights in a row where I throw a 6 lbs medicine ball to him on my way up then catch it on my way down. I was calling him so many names tonight. lol

yeah my goal is mass too for sure(also to cut up a small bit), btw here's an updated pic, arm is pumped from working out(13'' in that pic, I have pumped them to 14'' though, this is flexxed of course ), started to not look so skinny I still have 20-25lbs to go before I'm happy, but generally I am right now. I'm to a point where I'm sort of also worried about definition, especially in inner chest and on delts.

Thanks, I know it's pumped but yeah I guess about a month or so can help. I did about 3 sets of 50lb bicep curls x12 before that pic but they still look good even when cold.

I'm pretty happy with most of everything concerning mass besides forearms and lats, my main goal on chest is to build and tone the inner part and delts is to build/tone a bit more all around.

I bought running shoes so now I can run and show whatever abs I do have haha.

Gym is kicking me square in the ass this week.

My lower back is killing me. I think I'm doing something wrong but he keeps saying my form is good. Maybe it hurts because it's working??? Hell I don't know....

Let night tonight....did 15 on the stairmaster anyway but finished up with 15 on the treadmill.

Baking cookies and making candy tonight. *sigh* Want. Want. Want.

Just meh....I'm tired.

What are you doing to work your back that's making it hurt? Because if it's just a sore muscle kind of feeling it's probably normal.

Wow, great! Been doing a 45 minute loop after work which includes a monster hill, and plan a 5 mile on Saturday. We are looking at record high 70 degrees today and a great weekend. Gotta take advantage of every opportunity cause we know that winter is not done with New England yet.

You boyz are putting me to shame with the pics.

There is a pretty steep hill I have to walk up in the beginning and I have to carry my dog up it because I know if I let him walk up it, he will be spent and I will have to turn around and go home, I figured its a good workout carrying the 20 lb dog up the hill anyways so its no big deal haha

OK, third day up and down the local hills, I think I overdid my hip flexors. Soreness is at the top front of my legs.

Do I just keep going or is this something I have to rest?

Usually on stiff legged dead lifts it hurt. He's telling to lift with my legs. I'm not fucking moving my legs, I'm moving my back so HOW do I lift with my legs if my knees are locked?

Right!!? He had me do them 3 times this week - bottom of my rib cage hurts like hell so I know it's definitely working! I'm pumped about the back and shoulder workouts though - starting to see definition there!

Yeah this is actually a great idea! And it's good for the dogs!

I'd say give it a one day rest - and make sure to stretch your legs too tonight, tomorrow and then before and after you do this. Keep going - you're working the muscles and they will eventually be able to handle it.

Great work!!

Worked Bi's and Tri's tonight. My hands are so stinking small and my wrists are weak so I have a hard time doing some of the machines - Preacher Curls suck. I told him to never have me do them again. hate them with a passion. They really hurt my wrists.

But - managed to do 20 min on the Stairmaster - 64 floors tonight - personal best for me! Starting to see a little definition in my thighs! Calves are huge but always have been so this isn't new.

Prom is a month away!
