It says take two scoops(52g) of protein powder, but I've been taking one(26g). I've been taking some teens daily vitamins, but I haven't kept up in consistency, so I'm going to try to be better at remembering to. Thanks for the tip btw.

Im really sorry everyone, I didnt meen to be an a** or creep anyone out. I was really just trying to have fun.

I'm trying to gain weight by the way.
about 2 weeks ago I ordered the Tower 200, when I get it I'll start working out. Looks like it would of been here by now though.

I've been doing protein shakes lately too - my trainer is really pushing me to do some things I didn't think I could - and proving me wrong every time I go in there.

I leg pressed 190 lbs the other day! I try not to look at the numbers though - psychs me out!

Tonight for our frat we had to run all around campus for 2+ hours so they could show us some history of the house. I was suprisedly in better shape than I thought, the only times I had trouble was due to my back, but that's never really gonna get better since I've had back problems for a long time now.

Set up a camcorder, and record yourself walking to, from, across, sitting, back and front, etc... do same routine in the same swimsuit every 10 days (10 days b/c will not always be weekend... more scattered, keep you honest fully through the week).

This will show what others see, keep you motivated... AND, it will help when you plateau (or think you did), how you appear will show that your hard work and sacrifices were, and are, worth your time.
