Oh noz, we be drinking our calories!
I've got a killer diet margarita recipe if we're switching to a liquid diet.

And on Saturday, guy my sister knew bought our drinks, and they gave me complementary chips/salsa sitting at bar. I asked for the bill and I had none. The guilt was piling on.

So I took a vitamin when I got home, put on the running shoes and called it even.

Well guys i may be able to contribute to this topic again. lol just got a weight system from a guy i know and im going to look at play it again sports for some free weights someone told me they have a set for about 100 dollars. Woop Woop time to work out again.

just got back from the gym started this new work out from muscle & fitness its called

Six-week M&F DO it ALL Program.... it 4 times a week... today was arms Triceps/biceps and abs day ...and i took my jack3d so it was an intense workout!!!

Awesome, I just bought a bench today, it uses a 6ft bar and supports 600lbs including user. What's cool is that the bench is separated from the upright beams that hold the weight. You can also use it for leg extensions, preacher curl, and squats(if you slide out the bench portion)

I can't wait to see results in my chest, this thing will be fun.

Well I've been putting in crazy long weeks and my shoulder was fucked up for about a month. Got back at it though. Not going to keep explaining my over the road routine. Suffice to say I worked out like a motherfucker- for my age and condition. While wearing nomex, a hardhat, work boots, yadda.

Still holding at 215 though. Been smoke free for one year as of last week. So I'm happy. I had hit 240 after quitting smoking. I hope to be 200 by mid summer.

congrats on quitting smoking zip...if the shoulder still bothers you be careful with it. Shoulder injuries are horrible, your shoulders move every time you breathe. That could get uncomfortable lol. Glad to see you're all still very motivated, it keeps me honest!!

My father has a bad shoulder right know as well. Sucks, take it easy Zip, they take a while to heal.

Thanks Jake. Shoulder's been bad for about 10 years. It's not a rotator thing, it's one of those deals where there is a constant knot just under the inner tip of the shoulder blade. It comes and goes.
