Actually no because it says don't tighten the bolts completely until assembly is done.

Now see i would just tighten everything now. See if you like how it feels Minus the stuff you cant do right now.

If it does not feel comfertable when you bench you can just return it and not deal with getting the bolts.

21's is my favorite bicep exercise. You must be a fan of Arnold, because he invented it.

Just remember strict form is vital with curling. You don't want to swing with your back. Also, Preacher stands may give you a nice peaked bicep, but if you want that thick, round ball shape to accompany it, then use a straight 6' bar.

I have a nice peak, just a bit smaller than I want. With 50/60lb curls, I have no problem with form whatsoever, I can stand virtually motionless minus my arms.

I just tried the 21's workout with a 50lb EZ-Curl bar and wow it got me pumped.

I kicked ass at the gym tonight. Seriously ruled! WOOT!

Leg night but I went ahead and did 20 on the StairMaster again - hit 70 floors this time! 5 better than the last time!

It's totally mental with me. When I first got there, I didn't want to work. By the time I left I was on sunshine.

Weigh in on the 1st - not sure I'm going to hit my goal but I did get into smaller pants and my little black dress this month so I won't be completely disappointed.

on the preacher stands!!! i use that on my second arm work out for the week!!! i tried both ways standing facing the stand or facing my body to the side with my arm over the stand... still seeing which one gives the best results....

get a partner and do up and down the mountain, that's the only arm work out harder on you then 21's

i've started back exercising a little bit now. i'm still trying to tame my monstrous appetite though, lol.

i bought an 80 lb. punching bag (had a 70 lb bag, took it back) and hung it up today and spent some time hitting it. less than 5 minutes later i was drenched in sweat. i've also been spending about 20 minutes a day on the epilypsicle, along with taking a daily multivitamin. my next goal is to try to cut out all soft drinks from my diet, but that's gonna be tough. just from the epilypsicle (elliptical, i know, i know.) and the multivitamins, i can definitely notice a difference in how much energy i have on a daily basis. i've been spending alot of time jogging around the yard, too, and it seems like i STILL have too much energy at night when it's time to go to bed. it's fun being energetic and all, but only when i don't need to sleep. lol
