Then can it, I have been trained by my father who was a semi-pro bodybuilder. he was good enough to compete in the Mr. Olympia Competition in 1984, and 1986. I think he was capable or teaching me how to lift properly.

I did 30 minutes on the Elliptical , and spent about a half hour on the weight machines, today I did my legs. I have to be careful as to what I can and cannot do with my ankle injury though, I don't usually do the leg press.
I ate a croissant and Green Tea for breakfast, and a half subway chicken breast sandwich for dinner.. AND FUCKING COOKIES. damn the cookies.

Trainer kicked my ass again yesterday. Did upper body and nursing a sore wrist. Typing isn't a good idea.
Too bad it's what I do for a living.Love my trainer though - he's pushing me to do things I never thought I was capable of. I'm always completely pumped when I leave the gym, confident and feel stronger mentally and physically. So it's a good thing. Just thankful to be back to normal hours next week so I can workout after work instead of before the freaking sun comes up!

Today was back, bi's and abs. I also worked on the bag. I did several MMA related bag exercises. I getting my combos right. I'm really going to start training hard. My sparring partner, and Jujitsu coach want me to fight next month. I am thinking about turning it down, as I don't think that I'm ready. I need to work on my stand up better.

I didn't workout today, I pulled a muscle in my back when falling trees. I was working bymyself as usually, and I ran out of gas with my chain saw, so I picked up a piece of timber, and put t in the back of my truck. I was fine until later that night when I started to feel really tight. I tried stretching it out, but that only made it worse. I took a Motrin 800, and a Flexeril put on the heating pad and went to bed. I woke up more sore than when I wen to bed, so I'm going to take it easy.

![]() Well yesterday I went to GNC and got some multi-vitamin packs for active lifestyle, hopefully that will give me some more energy. I also bought this new fat burner for my workouts and already have some protein. Today I'm gonna start on my womens health workout that I have....

So i dunno if it's just in my head but between the fat burner and the multi-vitamins i've had tons of energy...This is how today has gone so far and the plan for the evening
Weighed in at 128.8 this morning, Breakfast: Raisin bran/2% milk Lunch: Turkey Sandwich Dinner; *will be* Grilled chicken breast, Asparagus, white rice. Post workout: Protein/2% milk Workout: *started WH Magazine "running for weight loss" plan...workout 6 days/wk Today: Walk 10 min fast paced Ran/walk 6 minutes *alternating 1 minute 90-100% run w/ 90-100% walk Walk 5 minutes not much but it was interval training, which is good both for burning calories and building endurance.

Congrats Zip!!
I ate so many different things today(mostly fruit) that I can't keep track LOL. I did 50 tricep dips today for excercise. Last night I walked for maybe 10-15 minutes though. I need to start running if I want to really get in shape. I had to get new shoes yesterday, before I wore size 9.5 and I now wear size 11.
