Anyone see those new slimfast bars? Well I dont know if they're knew but.....
They are meal replacement. 220 calories. CONTROLS HUNGER FOR 4!! Hours!!! I tried one (I eat alot) and I wasn't hungry at all for about 5-6hrs. Im gonna try to use that in replacement of some meals, especially on the go.

i hate listening to people trying to lose weight
i try to gain weight so bad. 2 years ago was 124lbs, got to 165 lbs in 6 months of nonstop working out / inducing 10k -15k calories aday. then i came to this place and summer drained 10 pounds off me fast. but i also eat a lot of weight gainers, i take muscle juice 2.5k a pop calories before i go to bed, everynight and when i know im not going on missions i wake up and drink 2 servings of russian bear 2.5k calorie servings in morning and again at night. when i get back to stateside im gonna try to get to 180ibs. thats my goal. i weigh 155 right now but i can push 240 on bench just 1 time though... so im doing alright |

yeah i used to need to gain weight...i never could no matter how many calories and protein i consumed a day...joined the air force and gained 30 lbs in a matter of a year.

So can I..... ![]() But not in zip's league I worked my arms/shoulders pretty well yesterday(traps/deltoids/biceps/triceps), but I dunno why they aren't sore today. I really want to start running or using a treadmill to burn off the little fat I have left in the stomach area that's keeping it not that tight. I have a treadmill, I just need to make room for it. |

umm you have roads and stuff right? the treadmill isn't as good as running outdoors.

Worked out twice this week with the trainer - went back tonight - 40 min of cardio. Have been working in that God foresaken garage all week. Taking tomorrow off. We'll either paint the floor - or sleep all day to recover from exhaustion.

Same here... But I eat like a person trying to lose weight(I always watch my intake of things, especially sodium/sugar/fat. Whenever I slack a bit I kind of get mad at myself). What's weird is that I was 126lbs yesterday and 119lbs today. Sure, it can be less water weight/food in stomach, but still wtf?!!? |

I would assume you want to gain muscle when you talk bout weight. The key is to eat the right food at the right time. After a work out you need to refuel with a good source of protein to repair and build the muscle that you lost.

Watching my carb intake now. Down about 2 1/2 lbs this week. Got two sessions with the trainer, 40 min of cardio another night with an ab routine. My body is screaming. Will paint the garage floor today so that should be a workout...
Then I think I'm gonna get my Halloween on tonight....hopefully that doesn't undo all my good doings this week!

went shopping today...up a pants size! WTF!!!
been trying to work out...doing at least 30 minutes of moderate cardio at least 3x/wk...and watching what i eat. Started a new workout plan, which right now my schedule hasn't been allowing btwn work and school.
