You do 110lb tricep push downs? I'm sorry but I don't do the much, and I weigh 280lbs. I would love to see you do this, because it's probably in the worst form know to mankind. Bro, I am going to tell you this, so you don't hurt yourself. It's not about weight, it's about how form. You can more benefits from doing less weight more reps in good form anyways.

It's on a machine? Are we talking about the same thing?

EDIT: My bad, this is what I'm talking about. But for good measure I'll see what I can actually do on the pushdown.

Nice mama! This is what i needed. I have gotten out of my routine but here is what i did for a few months.

2/2009 - 235lbs
now - 207lbs

breakfast - cerial or fruit
between breakfast and lunch - fruit (usually an apple or something)
lunch - a sandwhich on weat bread
between lunch and dinner - another fruit
dinner - whatever i wanted but in moderation
usually didn't eat after dinner but sometimes had a pack of crackers or something.

Every morning when I got up and before i went to bed I did as many push ups as i could. Should also do sit ups too.

While at work since i had free time I would do 10 to 15 pushups an hour
usually got me about 100 pushups a day

This should get stickied by the way

Wow you guys have been busy! And screw all of you for being able to eat Ho Ho's and ice cream and shit. I can't touch that stuff - fuck I can't LOOK at that stuff without my ass getting fatter.

Home from vaca - now the fun begins.

Breakfast: Some stupid breakfast sandwich from the airport - ham, egg, cheese. No coffee - it tasted like crap so I tossed it. Nothing but water all day today.

Lunch: Boca Burger on a whole wheat roll with one slice of cheese 3 pickles, ketchup, mustard. Hand full of tortilla chips and salsa

Dinner: TBD

Snacks: Fiber One Bar

Exercise: Shit ton of walking today. Going to do some laundry, wash the car and hit the grocery store now. May fire up the Wii later and get back into that habit.

You would be amazed what you can cut out by not drinking soft drinks or beer and just water...

I used to drink soft drinks kind of a lot and now I don't drink them at all. I drink pretty much just water, soy milk, and iced tea(arizona, lipton, brisk, fresh brewed etc).

I just drank a ginger ale, I refuse to give up my ginger ale, but I only have like maybe 2-3 a week, so it's not like a I drink a lot of soda.

I know - I'm gonna miss my beer for a while. But it's temporary - just til I get back on track. Then will allow myself to have one after the kids go to bed - IF I do my workout.
