Back on track today, had a few bad meals the past couple of days but stayed on top of things today.
Shoulder workout & ran 2 miles. Wrist injury is subsiding. Wrist pain for a whole month definitely cramps my swag. I'm right at about 14% body fat 180 lbs right now. So need to lose 11.7 lbs to reach goal of 8%. Should take a little over a month of I stay on top of my diet and don't binge drink too much lol. Love that pringles can btw haha

Update from me... I've been working out and keeping an eye on my food intake, but I always somehow forget to post here.
I don't know if I mentioned it before, but I haven't run at all in over a year because I kneed knee surgery (lol) and I can't afford it. Bad knees run in the fam. Anyway I decided to push myself and get some running in at night, so I started about two weeks ago running 1.2 miles, then I stepped up to 1.8 miles, and now I'm at 2.4 miles. The dog goes with me lol. I need to pick up my pace though because the 2.4 miles took me 25.55.91 minutes tonight.. but then again the 1.2 miles I started at was taking me around 20 minutes, so I guess I've sped up. I am having difficulty getting to the gym because of a lack of a car and the fact that none of my friends are real into working out... but I do as much as I can at home. Push ups, sit ups, crunches, and every exercise I can dream up with my little 20lb dumbbell. Last I checked I was at 186lbs and 5' 11" tall, but I've lost a little more body fat since then too.

thats good dude!!! I ran my heart out the other day at pt...almost 2 miles of up and down on bridges and parking decks. I knew i shouldn't have been running in the "cool" weather after having the flu, and what do ya know i lost my voice and i'm all congested and my chest is all tight feeling.
I tried to skip the run til i got back to 100% but was told i had to.

Been to the gym 3 nights in a row. Doing pretty intense workouts. Almost threw up on Monday. Pulled a muscle last night but it seems to be okay this morning.
Again - not loosing too much weight but am noticing everything seems to be firming up a little. I'm avoiding things that I shouldn't eat and pushing protein. Lots of water...low carb...blah blah blah. We're doing a shit ton of work around the house so I'm just exhausted. I should be eating better and following an actual diet but honestly...I just don't have the time.

Let me help you.
That's a bullshit excuse. You have time, you just don't use it. Take for instance the fact that you could grill 15-20 chicken breasts on a sunday or saturday and have them to eat for any meals that you don't have time to prepare. Eating right isn't hard, we just some times make it hard to avoid eating what we know we should. I am no different. I should be eating at least seven times a day to meet my goals by Christmas but I get complacent and end up saying I didn't have time or energy to get it done. It's all just lame excuses.
