sooo i had started working out hard and now I'm only doing PT 3days/wk. I haven't been able to fit in a whole lot of working out because i've usually only got about 30 minutes after work before i have to be at school and since i have to be up at 4:30 in the morning I don't work out after school...I dunno what i can do but I need to do something...i was PISSED off today when i looked in the mirror, and When i stepped on the scale to realize i hit 132...doesn't seem like much but i'm 5'1 and just a year and a half ago i was 105

If you can't fit in more excercise try to make sure you are very picky about what you eat. Cut down on the carbs, fat and junk food. No soda or sugary snacks lol.

Some of your weight gain could be from working out though. Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. Weight is just a number, if you're concerned with how you look though be a little more strict with your diet

Stop drinking beer. (Says Mama's conscience)

Good day today - I'm still down 8 lbs. Hoping (praying) for a new number on the scale tomorrow.

Trainer made some great comments tonight - stood back and watched while I was doing reverse grip lat pull downs..."You look ripped from back here! You're getting jacked! Great job!" *happy dance*

Cutting carbs - focusing on protein - water....and TRYING to get more sleep. I think that's been a big problem for me lately....

Hang in there L...you're going to gain some - you're an itty bitty thing but you're also maturing so some weight gain is to be expected. And the boys are right - muscle does weigh more....

Down to 215.

What can I say. Still working out like a mofo in my Nomex fire suit. Still eating decently most days. Still not had a cigarette since March 13th.

By this spring I hope to be... I dunno. For a guy just shy of 6 feet? Around 195 I guess.

good shit man good luck hitting those goals...one suggestion though would be to drop the cell tech its over priced. You'd do more than fine with a vitamin shoppe brand micronized creatine monohydrate. I'm currently stacking Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey (whey protein), Gaspari Myofusion (protein blend), vitamin shoppe creatine monohydrate, Intrabolic (intraworkout amino acids blend with some electrolytes and proteins). I can't reccomend the intrabolic enough

Thanks Piggy!!! I know what your sayin about the prices (outrageous). Thanks for the input. I've got a vitamin shoppe near me i'm going to check those products out. I'm also looking for a good fat burner. I'll probably just order some hydroxycut with ephedra off the net unless someone offers up anything else as a substitute!

Can you send me links of what this stuff is?

I'm taking Designer Whey protein but not daily - usually just work out days. Also pounding as much protein as I can on those days - eggs, tuna, nuts, milk, the protein shake and usually a protein meal replacement bar for dinner....usually to nauseous to eat much after that.

I bought some Nectar protein - hate it. It's the blue kind - not sure if there is a fruit flavor that is actually delicious? I need to find something fruity and delicious but packed with protein.

Scared to take the fat burners - ephedra about gave me a heart attack several years back. Scared the beejeesus outta me....

Your goals a slightly unrealistic, Im not tryin to discourage you be tryin to put on muscle and loose weight its counter productive. You need to eat excessively to build new muscle and keep cardio low so your muscle grow big and the opposite to loose fat. Best bet would be work on packin on the muscle and keep your diet healthy so you dont add too much fat for say 9 month or so then work on trimming the fat. I say this cause unless your extremely dedicated your goin to end up discouraging yourself tryin to cut fat and build muscle and get no where.

One of the best and most cost effective protein suppliments is 2% milk and chocolate syrup. It actually taste good so youll look forward to it and it has a great balance of everything your body needs after a workout to rebuild and repair muscle.
