Keep in mind though this was all done during mostly soccer, basketball, and for me, tennis season, so we were consuming nearly 5,000 calories per day and sill feeling burnt out but the results were awesome. If you're interested i can probably dig up the workout we were doing for you...trust me, my friend was insanely scrawny and he's easily benching over 200 lbs. and has moved on to more intense workouts to get even bigger.

Wow, that's pretty awesome how you guys got so much bigger and stayed in awesome shape. I don't really play any sports but I'm hoping that won't make me have to worry about staying in shape if I do enough cardio. As you can see, I'm not trying to get bulky, just lean and muscular.

Btw, my grandpa could bench over 300lbs at 16 years old, but only because he worked on a farm, lifted weights, and played football.

Hell I can believe that, i lived on a farm up until right before i got into high school and it's definitely some tough work...i can't say i came close to your grandpa, but i can believe it for sure, props to the old man

oh and yea sports helped me a lot with cardio cause i wouldn't do it on my own, i'm facing a similar dilemma now with trying to get into shape...it's so hard to get motivated to run

I'm in fairly good shape right now, just not very visible abs lol. I could always lose the bodyfat required to make them show, but then I'd also be skinny. Ribs + Abs= ftl.

I would actually like to work on a farm, I love the outdoors(you probably wouldn't see me on MM much at all if I had access to anything nature/outdoor related on a regular basis ), but I'm in a suburb right out of Houston, Texas, so that's not a viable option.

My neighbor does landscaping(especially using flagstone/rocks/stone/etc) and I might see if he can find something for me to help him with on his jobs so I can get some money. He lifts big stones(up to 80lbs) so that'd be a workout in itself.
