Been working out with him since September. Have worked up to 4 days a week just in the last few weeks. Yeah stopping sucks. And I'm going to have a break from Thursday night to Monday night so going to have to do some stuff here at home so I don't get soft.

I did over half of my workout so far. 125lb deadlift(only because my weights don't go any higher), 25lb dumbbell presses(wrists were hurting so hard to do more), and 35lb dumbbell squats(found out I'm supposed to use a barbel though, dangit!). I still need to do dumbbell flies and shoulder shrugs. Now I want to join a gym.

well I haven't gone to the gym in awhile. My backs pretty messed up and for the past 5 days I have been crazy busy at work. been pulling 8-9 hour shifts. Tomorrow is my only day off. But I have noticed I look like I"m losing weight but you wouldn't tell so by the scale..... I'm guessing muscle gain?!?! Not sure...I think so though my thighs and sides have look at tad bit slimmer....soo anyways. I'm trying and seems like everyone else is doing a good job!
