Worked back and shoulders today...and abs again.

Day 4 of the diet is now under my belt. Get to do some different stuff tomorrow which I'm looking forward to.

And...I'm thrilled that it's Friday tomorrow.

Im half way through taking cell-tech, amplified wheybolic extreme 60, and jack3d.... I gotta say I feel pretty damn good and I am getting pretty cut. that Jack3d is a mofo for before a work out..... Makes me wanna destroy the weights with my FISTS.... err um...

Yeah I don't know much about supplements but on bodybuilding.com, people expressed some concern about using it.

Same here the Jack3d makes you crazy ......and also i take the GNC extreme sport vitamins... Then wheybolic extreme 60 and some arimatest...

Try Superpump250 By Gaspari instead. I've tried many NO2 products, and this is by far the best. Not only that, but they have quite a few flavors.

It DOES have a little creatine monohydrate in it though, but unless you're trying to get to 3% bf, its not much of an issue.

It really depends on the reason you're taking supplements in the first place. Most people take supplements cause they think they're going to get huge just shoveling some bullshit powder in their mouth. Supplements are supposed to SUPPLEMENT your diet. SO, something you can't easily obtain from whole foods, you can get in a tub. NO and creatine products do give a temporary muscularity effect though, well, more of a bloat with most creatine.

So I took some measurements today, not very happy about the arms(thought they were .75'' bigger, not that it'd really make a difference), remember I'm 5'7 133lbs guys and 15 years old guys.

Arms: 12.25''
Neck: 14''(not sure if this matters)
Quads: 19.5''
Forearms: 10''
Chest: est 33-34'', not really sure, tape measurer doesn't measure that far.


Goal is 16'' for arms, not sure about everything else, maybe 12-13'' forearms, 22-23'' quads, and 38-40'' chest or more, dunno.

^^^ diet is key and types of exercises you are doing.... last year i was only about 160... with maybe 14 inch arms but after hard work and efort iam up to aound 17 inch arms... .... but now my lifting buddy has left .... i go to the gym and feel like i don't get as much out of the workout..... ...
