Fruit makes you poop. Meat portions the size of your hand. Chicken and fish. No beer or mgd 64 water and skim milk. Get your heart rate up and hold it for 30 min. P90x is killer.. I still eat horrible and drink at least 4 beers every other day before bed and have lost about 8 lbs. and I have titty muscles now

if you stay on the p90x workouts it will work. they will bust your ass until you get used to them somewhat though.

only thing im not much on is their ab workouts. doesnt seem to work the right section of muscles for me when i used to do em

I have the opposite problem...when I eat "bad" I lose weight. Im constantly struggling to gain. I skip meals and replace it with a Vault or Gatorade because Im too busy. If I ate "bad" like you guys do, I'd be skinny as a rail. There has to be other people out there like me and there are no healthy (or things that are convenient and taste good) stuff for us on the other side of the scale. Boost and the other nutritional drinks all taste like a pigs ass. I go to the store and feel out of place because everything has a "reduced fat or less calorie version". Where's the GOOD increased calorie stuff thats healthy?

One more note.... why can't there be "reduced" sugar products that simply have less sugar? Why do they all have to use artifical sweeteners to make them taste like shit or be overly sweet? I found this "Mots for Tots" juice has 40% lless sugar and it tastes great because they dont add any shit to it.

You have described (to a tee) my exact problem... I could eat all day and not gain a pound. Exercising and the such makes me loose weight... which is even worse.

I wouldn't mind getting away from some sugar... its bad for the teeth... and mine never had much enamel to begin with, but all these artificial sweeteners are hell on my stomach, (laxative effect) plus they taste like shit.

Damn, I wish I could eat a hamburger without consequence. They always give me such bad heartburn... at which point I wish I would have gone without eating... (another factor of my inability to gain weight)

Hamburger gives you heart burn? I can see indigestion but not heart burn. I cant drink sprite and eat pop corn. That was the worse heartburn I have ever had, and I eat spicy crap all the time.
