kicked outta school...

well my room got searched by the police again. this time they didnt find anythin, but in their later reoprt they told my school that they found a small amount of coke. this is 100% bullshit, seeing that i do NOT do coke. they were probably just so pissed that they didnt find anytihn twice that they decided to plant some evidence. i dont even know what to do aobut it it was only my freshman year and im already done.

well i think it was my roomate they were after.. they seemed more interested in him. i have no clue why they would want me gone... probably because i was kinda bein a smartass to the cops because i knew they wouldnt find anything that was mine.

something sounds fishy. i would assume they had a search warrant or some sort of probable cause, was this campus police? were you present during the search, and if what they found was suspected to be yours i'm sure you would of been notified at the time with a ticket or escort to jail or atleast further questioning. i'm sure if you can prove that this is not yours they will re-admit you to school, hell offer to take a drug test.

That was just mentioned on the last episode of CSI, I thought it a joke really.
The characters didn't confirm or deny it on the tv show but that was the first I had ever heard of that.
