So, this post is by my favorite.
![]() For the OP, I don't think your car is supercharged. BBK probably makes a CAI that is called that to gain buyers. There is no supercharger. Not cerntrifugal nor twin crew. You already made it clear that you know what those two are, so its not supercharged unless theres a such thing as a reverse dump whatever bbk supercharger, though with a very quick google search I got no such luck at finding one. a simple misunderstanding when reading the autotrader. Now, still you got a good deal for a GT with 47k miles for 8k. I paid 8k with 80k miles. Good luck with the car. |

What a tough crowd. I will remember to take a toothbrush to my motor before posting any pictures.

Just read all 7 pages and at first I was freakin dying, then after the turbo as a supercharger comment, i couldn't breath. I love this thread.

I bought the car so I could learn. I've always been interested in cars but just never had the chance to work on one since my dad builds guns and doesn't know much about engines either and before I had a V6 mustang that I wasn't going to waste my time on.

Learning on a V6 isnt wasting your time. They are both internal combustion engines and you could learn about the same from either one. Glad to see someone wants to learn. There are a number of books that you can purchase that could teach you a lot.
