I have been working for the same company for a little over a year now. Even though I have moved about 200 miles away, they continue to let me work from home. I write reports based on data collected from in house tests. It was me and one other girl in office doing them, and now both of us work from home. I guess she decided that if I could work from home then she wanted to also. How it works is my boss collects the data, and sends it out to us to write the reports. I get paid per report and am used to doing 5-6 a week, and now has slowed down to maybe 1 or 2 a week because my boss claims they are slow. He keeps claiming they are slow and that he is trying to send them to me as he can. Well I found out (don't ask how) that he is sending virtually ALL of them to the girl that I worked with. She has a guaranteed amount of reports that she gets per week. I won't disclose the number but its well over what I get. And I have been working there twice as long as her, trained her, STILL fix her fuck ups, along with many other things, and now they are screwing me.

What would you guys do?

Well Ryan in that case, what you can do, is go in and talk to him, and confront him about why you're not receiving enough work, without directly mentioning the evil menace. Look him in the eye and gauge his response to what you say, and take your time responding. Form what you want to say based off of his responses, tone, and body language. Sometimes these things have to happen as they happen, and I can't tell you specifically what to say.

If you're not working in a formal company environment however, you might be fucked man. If he's giving her work because he's either fucking her, or she's blowing him, or he's constantly angry dragoning her..... or he's simply giving her work because he's infatuated.... if you don't have a formal human resources department you can use, or a ladder to climb, you may be screwed.
