They don't give a shit about you or anyone else on the road for that matter, even though they may say you were putting other people in danger. It's all for the betterment of their name. The more people they ticket and arrest, the better their name looks to their superiors for raises, promotions, etc. The reason I say this is because they will pull you over for speeding, then right after they will needlessly drive 85-90 mph on the highway to the next town. For what? Just because they can. And because you can't do a damn thing about it.

Follow all the rules, be a good boy, use your blinker. And inflate your tires like obama says. If everyone drove perfectly there would be no need for traffic cops.

cops are there for a reason. dont say dumb shit about them that you have no clue about. as you said he didnt have to race. cops are there to keep that mess off the streets and yes to protect the public. you take away cops on teh road and i will guarantee it would be a much more dangerous place. police officers put their life on the line every day to keep people safe.

ummm thanks...i guess you didnt read what I wrote previously.
I realized i fucked up. Actually when the cop was showing me the video I told him he didnt have to even show me the rest (before the race even started) because i knew i screwed up.
As i said before but i'll say again since not everyone can read. I fucked up, granted this will more then likely be the last time i ever street race. I'am lucky they didnt impound the car I can only hope theyreduce the charge or go easy on me.

personally I was already getting tired of the street racing scene. A lot of drama and just leaving one spot to another to get away from cops. I'm not going to lie when fast car run its interesting but with all these people wanting just high rolll races its getting gay. and fast cars race seldomly

People can learn there lesson without having the maximum punishment possible. Yes it may be necessary for some people to have the max. But what if chris really has learned his lesson. It would serve no purpose to wish him the worst. It's not like he hit or hurt anyone during this race. If he did then yes he should get what he deserves. But he didn't harm anyone and he learned his lesson as he says. No need to wish him the worst.
On another note. Chris I hope u have learned your lesson as you say. and I hope you don't go back to racing on the street if u do just get a slap on the wrist

Be thankful you weren't in SoCal when you got caught. They don't just impound your car, when you're found guilty, they crush it, too.

why does it take injury or death to learn a lesson??

i also stated everyone should that is caught not just him...

hes a 2nd time offender, shouldn't the 1st time be enough??? why should it take 2 or 3 or 4 times to see what is done in the first place fcked up and illegal???

why should a repeat offender get minimum punishment??? hes done it once, he knows the laws, and he knows the consequences

lets put it in another perspective.....if a guy/women served 2 years in jail for raping someone gets out then goes and rapes your mother/sister/father.......what would you want? him to get the minimum or max, 2 years wasnt enough to see what he did was wrong

actually thats prolly exactly right. do you understand the media? they will report anything bad like that because it makes good news. just like crimes and other criminal actions. it makes the general public think shit like that happens all the time when in reality most of that crime does not happen regularly.

Not all police officers are the same, there are roughly 17000 police agencies in the United States alone, what one agency does does not apply to another, so do not label all cops with inappropriate labels or tags. Not ALL cops are waiting in bushes just to pull YOU over. Not all cops drive like idiots through school zones, not ALL cops shoot people willy nilly. The media over plays police mistakes because they are the watchdogs of society with no one really to watch over them. The media is their checks and balances. (this is not aimed at any, one person, it's aimed at people who think all cops are pricks)

Chris, it sucks for you. I cant say I have a lot of sympathy as it shoulda clued in the first time around, I really hope that this is enough to keep you on the track Good luck to you!

The wildlife guy was not there simply to catch racers. Be real. He heard the commotion, has a camera, and caught the crime in action, because he gets paid to do so. You were in his jurisdiction, why do you blame him for doing what he is supposed to do, while you and your comrades were not? Sucks that you got caught, I am in no way painting myself as a Saint, but you reap what you sow.

you have to be completely and utterly just dumb honestly.
WHO IN THE WORLD goes to court and ask the judge "excuse me sir but i'd like to get the MAX punishment for what i did."

Yea like my goal and outcome out of all this is to land in jail for 2months and get 2years with out a license. theres soooo many easier ways to ruin my life then that. If i wanted to go to jail wouldnt i be better off just stabbing someone?
but how should you know?! you are perfect. you probably never speed ever, you follow 100% traffic laws. you've never done a crime in your life. if there was a better person in the world then you it'd truly be a mircle. because you yourself are a mircle to this earth we live on.

Have a great day mr perfect.
wait, you dont need me to say that to have a good day, your perfect and you'll have a perfect day already I'm sure.

Thank you, this is 100% what I'am trying to say. I believe I have learned my lesson. After paying for the lawyer today theres no way I'm going to line up on the street for the possibility of another $1000 to give up. The track might cost money but doesnt come close to $1,000 plus the NO GARUNTEE of not having to pay court cost, ticket cost and still chance to get my license taken from me.
Now i cant make my own ruling thats up to the judge to see that. IMO I'am still young and have a lot to learn. I should have learn from the first one but I'm not perfect.
anyway thank you for some that see what I'am trying to say
