Just a discussion on a wannabe racer

well, i got a '98 gt. and my friend has an 80 something camaro with a v6 in it. well, he always rants about how his v6 " slides" every where it goes. ok, first of all, if you turn and give the car enough gas, it will fishtail or "slide" as he says. second of all, he wont even race his v6 against my gt even though i told him id gladly give him 2-3 lengths, and i put out my hand to shake, this is what he did " MAN, FUCK FORD! WAIT TILL I GET MY 350, itll HOOK LIKE A MOTHERF*UCKER!" i then said, " Oh shit, you must be getting getting DOT offroad drag radials then.." He then said " YEA, GETTING THEM FROM SUMMIT! AND MY EXHAUST IS COMING FROM THERE TOO, ITS GOING TO BE LAUD!" me, " You getting the greased muffler tips?" him "F*ck YEA< AND ITLL BE LOUDER THAN YOUR PIECE OF SHIT FORD MUSTANG!" So days go buy and i dont talk to him. Then my dad goes to get groceries and guess who he sees? thats right, mr. 350. So my dad talks to him and the kid asks if he can race me, and my dad says ok. And the kid starts to laugh, then my dad says " but he will be driving the *bleep*. Then the kid stopped smiling and tried talking his way out of it. SO later on after my dad told me about this i get on aim and i get a message from the kid ( ImaHustle239 is his s/n, just in case someone wants to chew him a new booty hole for dissin 'stangs) and he asks if my dad told me anything, so im just like " nope, why" and then he signed off.

well, he's supposed to get a 350 and a turbo transmission ( never heard of one of those) and he thinks im stupid. anywho, im sure ya'll want to know what the " bleep" is, so here it is. im sorry if the pics are too big.

this is whats under the hood, 4 barrel with high rise manifold...

the turbo trans he's talking about would either be a turbo 350 (more than likely) or the turbo 400 (which is the better of the 2 & has OD.)

but yeah, he wont smoke you in that slowmaro.. i waste those 80's/early 90's camaros all the time.. my buddy has a 350 iroc & i swear that thing could get stuck in wet grass, it's pathetic..

Reminds of my buddies ventura that had a similiar setup. I cant remember the year but it was around that ones.
