I think your pretty dumb for not getting a police report done, because if this is true what you are saying and not just tryin to get attention, then the car that hit you can say you rear ended him/her. If something is bent on your car that you didnt check like something under your car or whatever then your SOL. Honestly Im kinda having trouble believing this because if someone throws their car in reverse and hits you I see some type of damage.

Sorry if that came off kinda bad but just sayin, I was involved in a hit and run and I didnt want to deal with all the hassle of the police BUT he could of called and said I hit him, hit and run isnt good.

Sounds like you think you know everything.

Based on your choice of words (too lazy to type "you" instead of "u"), I'm guessing you're probably a little too young to understand what respect and common decency are all about.

I highly recommend trading your car in for something practical until you become an adult. Hint: Age has nothing to do with maturity. You've already proven that you are the wrong individual for that car.

in his defense I'm not sure what the laws are where you live Tiller, but here in New York a car must have dealer plates on it for a test drive

Edit, on a side note he is PA and also doesn't a sales guy ride with you on a test ride? Still kinda ify with that but Ill let it go.
