I watch my kids for sure. Im not on it everyday but I stop in there from time to time and check it out. There's nothing wrong with keeping up on what your kids are doing in a public place.

BTW...If I was "joe"....the comment about the back seat was funny but I think its even funnier to see the look on these jokesters faces when you are standing there in PERSON in front of them (of course I will be wearing camo shorts, a wife beater with stains of blood on it, military boots, a dead chicken hanging out of my pocket, an elephant gun relaxing on my shoulder...and since he's black, maybe I'll staple a picture of David Duke to my forhead) then we'll see how funny he thinks it is to make sex jokes about my little girl.

think of it like this, there's always worse. what if you're parole/probation officer (me) see's you on facebook drinking it up and acting a fool. you're going back! haha Law Enforcement has really jumped on the boat of using facebook/myspace for criminal intelligence.

fwiw, i hated it when my parents looked at my facebook page and commented on what they saw, then realized i needed to pull all the stupid crap off of there. it's a public forum where employers and anyone else can look at it.

Yes they're very dumb. However, they're very proud of their indescretions though. Kinda funny when you testify in court you know a Probationer was drinking and their defense says "how do you know this" and you show the judge pictures in an album on facebook dated July 4th 2009 Drunkkkk and they're sipping moonshine or whiskey, the defense pretty much craps their pants. photographic evidence is the best lol.
