ive been thinking..

well i guess it just wouldnt be logical for me to try and sell my car and get a new one, so ive settled on just swapping the motor for a new one.. i think this time i would like to go FI just for a change. So what kinda motors do you guys think would be a good addition to my car?

so far im thinking this sounds like the best idea.. i kinda wanna keep it a 2v just because i saw how much work it took AC to get his in his car. so im thinking about buying a freshly build shortblock from MMR and still using my stage 2 heads.. getting a set of blower cams, a novi or some other supercharger and calling it a day.

the one thats in my car? im not saying i dont like the motor because i do, i just would like something a little more fresh that doesnt require as much maintenance. it started because i blew my motor, and he wanted to get the car back on the road as soon as possible and for as cheap as possible. So most of the parts that i have are used, and this is in no way bashing AC's work, because he does awesome work, and i will continue to take my car to him as long as i have it. It does have some oil leaking issues and a couple other things that keep me spending money on it.

It might be cheaper just to freshen it up. Then buy another car to drive in the meantime.

If you mean a Ford GT motor then yes...The GT40 motor would not be an upgrade IMHO...

Alot of people seem to say that alot but I have yet to see enough to make me say its correct...

BTW you know the GT40 is the old LeMans racer correct? Not the Ford GT...
