Anyone know a good website that lists out the consequences per offence and by state? A guy here at work got his fouth DUI last night and Im trying to figure out roughly whats going to come from this.

his 4th? hes fucked and doesnt deserve to drive anywhere. Its really not that hard to avoid getting pulled over for a DUI and to have 4! guys lucky he's only got tickets for it.

at least in VA if you were to get 4 dui's your license would be gone for good, minimum 2 years in jail, maximum of 7 years. 2500-5000 dollar fine.

indiana is very hard on DUI's if im not mistaken. i believe the 2nd is a felony. i know in kentucky, 4 DUI's in a 5 year period is a felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison.

Oh, I agree with you guys 100% that at this point he is a menace to society and is lucky he hasnt killed someone. You have to figure if he has been caught 4 times how often does he actually drive drunk?

! But yea pending on your pocket book thats alot of jail time here. I mean if you are a millionaire it'd be hard to put a guy in jail for offereing the police station a hefty donation
