Calculator

From looking through internet random bs, ive found a calculator that takes your weight and hp and calculates how fast you will go in the 1/4. People say its pretty close too. Im not saying it will be, I just want to know what it says. 2000 Mustang 3.8 5-speed with K&N cai, true duals, and JET performance chip. Please take a guess at my hp and how much does my car weigh? When I get some numbers ill tell what it calculated and post those numbers so that you can guess if thats even close.

Why not just go down to the track and run the quarter mile? It'll be much more acurate than having people guess your cars weight and horsepower.

Yea your right. But my track dont open til at least another month. And when I do go, I at least want to have the headers on. I can tell you now that I have the bad driver mod because ive never dragged a stick.

Dragging a stick is only tough in the staging lanes.. can't really ride the brake pedal like our auto counterparts. Other than that just don't let up on the gas while you shift down the track and you'll be fine. Way more fun to use a clutch IMO as opposed to just hit the gas n go.

Washington = the Evergreen State = the Rainiest State lol.
so, Yeah tracks aren't yet open up here either (except to rally clubs and motorcyclists)... waiting for April...

:homo When i went down the track my first time i was nervous as hell with stick. i was so worried about stalling my car, and shit. but really its not that hard.. when staging you just gota be able to use the breaks and clutch at the same time. but going out full throttle... you get the thrill of a lifetime.

I still remember the face of a dude who ran against me with a audi 1.8t.... lets just say, i dont think he was happy about the results... 20k car and he only ran a 15.6.. 5k car... ran da 14.97 on a 50* day
