download ccleaner to it and run the clean up and the registry clean up, that should help too

Download CCleaner 2.24.1010 - FileHippo.com

How to Format a Hard Drive With Windows XP | eHow.com

that would be the best way but i dont see u having the required disk to do so

a computer shop could do it, aslong as they put the windows key code on the lap top(on bottom probably)

If you have a virus scanner or spyware scanner, try to restart in safe mode (reboot the computer, and REPEATEDLY tap the F8 key at the top while it boots) that will bring you too this screen.

Use the keyboard arrow keys and highlight "safe mode"

It will load some stuff and you will think "oh shit what did I do" but its normal
When you get to the logon screen there will be two options administrator or your typical computer name.

For ease of use select the normal log on name. (It would work for admin too but if you did not install the software for all computer users it might be hard to locate)

a pop up will ask if you want to continue in this mode hit yes or ok. The display will look a little different but most of the stuff should be easy to find. Run all the security stuff you have anti virus, anti malware, spy ware. Run as many times as you can until nothing pops up infected or found problems.

In the case that something is found try to delete. If it says can not be deleted, look in the path that it was found. If it is in the system restore, you will have to disable system restore for now so the file can be accessed for deletion.

Keep scanning and DO NOT let the computer boot up in normal mode until all scans in safe mode are ran and come back clean.
