Get a convertible gt. You can get one in decent shape for $5k or less. Since you're not looking to mod a convertible is a great choice, and trust me if you get a sixxer you will wish you had a v8. You should be able to get insurance (liability) for under $100/month.

I highly doubt i can get insurence on a V8 for under $100/month as a new male driver. imma prob get military insurence like my bro who saved a lot doing that.

i paid roughly 80$ a month but i was under my parents insurance. still whatever, lol i was 16 at the time

Ya its because you were on your moms insurence. Its kinda like my cell. Im on my moms plan so i only pay $20 a month for unlimited text and the standard plan. If i would go on my own and get a cell it would cost me about 50 or 60 dollars a month by myself.

Considering how the OP thinks he could get a 'GT500' or a Cobra for 6k, he could probably find a Termi that would be in his price range. In a quick Google search I found one for 18k, and it was pretty clean looking on the outside and had a few aftermarket items. With a more in depth search one could be found for less than 10k. Quality would be sacrificed, but it could be done.

I was not aware there wasnt a gt500 model for the time frame i put up and the cobra i have found a few just out of my 6k range the 6k isnt the max i can pay its the max i wanted to pay.

A mach1 is basically a cobra, except they got rid of that nonsense irs. It has the same heads and cams as a 03 cobra. Supposedly one of the best intakes for a 4.6 4v, and awesome interior. Plus it has a shaker, so you know its cool.
