I have horrible luck........

This was my 99 v6 stang...Driving it to the store today after it snowed monday (didnt drive it in the snow) was going up the road when the truck infront of me drops a nice 3ft wide, 4ft long, 3/4 of a ft tall piece of ice out of the flatbed on my hood, then goes undermy car ripping out my LED underbody kit, i believe the axel is bent, whole front bumper is done for, i believe my exhuast is bent and my back bumper caught some damage also...To add it all up the fuker doesnt stop and i nearly go off a embankment....Didnt get plates i hope insurance covers this and they get me a new car...On the phone and they said any upgrades i put into it are covered.Headlights,Taillights,Striping etc etc etc....hopefully i can get some good cash and buy a 98 cobra eh? i dunno lets hope im covered....pics as i get them...

if you could recognize the truck and the cops were to find him it might be classified as a hit and run, your insurance shouldn't have to pay for it, his should. if you can find him then i would try to sue for property damage, injury (whiplash), negligence, and probably a few other things i'm forgeting

was the ice sitting in the back of his bed and he didn't have the gait up?
if you sue him you could get possibly 50 grand

do you have all the receips from the modds, cause those will need to be used for you to make sure that you get all the money you deserve if you don't decide to sue him.

like i said, if you sue him you could get alot more, possibly 50 grand or more, you could use that to buy a 07 gt or a cobra. don't even worry about winning this if you do decide to sue, with a lawyer that knows what he/she is doing you would have no prob. winning. the only thing that would make it more difficult to win would be if you were tailgaiting him or speeding or anything like that

seriously shop around i did took me a month and a half.... the winter is the best time to buy a sports car they mark them down. honestly when i bought my car i was looking at 6 other 01 mustangs and when i found this one for $4200 cheaper with the same amount of miles and only one owner they traded it in for a new 07. i was so anxious to get my stang that i was going to buy the first one i saw but my mom convinced me to wait and i saves a whole shit load.mustang gt 2002 where i bought my car with 83000k on it was $11000 Canadian so thats $9452 US Dollars they really mark down sports cars here in the winter.

that blows, i can understand why you didnt get plates, hell when a giant chunk of ice is coming down on you the last thing your mind is thinking is to read the tiny little assortment of letters and numbers on the car ahead of you.

I was on the way home from campus earlier today and i about had the windshield taken out on my moms equinox. I had to swerve at the last second into the other lane to avoid getting pummeled with huge slabs of ice off this shitty taurus wagon in front of me.

make sure you save those pics and print them out if you can, the cops insurance and lawyer (if you decide to sue) will all need them
