Whats with all the mustangs they are releasing that arent registered or streetable? All these cars I have been seeing look awsome but if you cant drive it on the street it loses alot of its appeal.

The Cobra Jets have always been turnkey racing packages. Ford probably couldn't insure their liability if something like the CJ were released in streetable trim.

Not when it comes without a vin number from from the factory. I'm sure for the right amount of money it could be done, but it wouldn't be cheap.....

Yeah, Ford is making all the turn key cars they are producing with serial numbers not VIN numbers. It would be a bitch to get one plated ( you would pretty much have to buy a totaled GT and swap all the numbers over - which is highly illegal ).

Don't CJ's have spooled differentials anyway? I'm not sure I'd want to drive a purpose built no-compromise drag car on the street. And those CJ's aren't cheap either.

You can buy just about every part in them off of frpp's catalog, get what you want and do a custom car. Just a thought.
