Okay I think I found my trade...
Okay guys this might be the fox I've been wanting. First off my car is stock except for the mac prochamber and cb. It only has 58k miles on it and its a 5 speed. The tires have at most 2k miles on it. I'm going to have to see the interior b4 I do this too.
Now I'm thinking I'm going to do this. Do yall think this thing is worth it? I have a DD but I'd have to drive this thing an hour and a half to the track every weekend and to myrtle beach 7 hours away for mustang week. I might try to sell the tranny and get a 5 speed. ![]() $7,500.00 1989 Mustang coupe for sale. Needs to go so lets see some offers. Very clean car with a few small dents and NO RUST. Clean title. Car is a consistent 6:80's car on a small tune up and works great at the track or on the street. Very streetable! -306 sbf -Edelbrock aluminum heads -Edelbrock intake -650cfm Holley carb -NOS cheater kit -PA C4 tranny with trans brake and reverse valve body -All MSD ignition (6AL, 3step box, timing retard, 2step) -Autometer gauges -10pt cage with swingout -Full interior -8.8 rear with 3:73 gears -Weld draglites with ET Drags Very fun and dependable car. Lots of good parts here just need it gone. Will look at all trades but cash is king.

I can see it being worth that. It looks like a clean low 10 second car. My car on a good day runs 7.1s in the 1/8th.

Well if he trades even with me, I feel like my car would be worth it. I wouldn't pay cash 7500 bucks no.
He's takin some pics of the negatives about the car like a dent and all. Its a stock bottom end and no idea the miles. Thats whats worrying me.

A stock bottom end on a fox isn't a big deal.

Thats good.
This week I'm going to concentrate on that and this one. I'm trying to get the best bang for my trade. I just wonder how he got to 7's on stock heads unless the compression is high. This one is not far from me at all. I could make it there and check it out in one day. 91 mustang, 306 with forged flat top pistons,balanced,e7 heads, cometic gaskets, head studs, cobra 1.7 roller rockers,E-303 motorsport camshaft, victor jr,750 holley double pump, edelbrock plate nitrous system. msd, aluminum radiator, fuel cell ,holley blue pump.C4 W/3500 street fighter converter.8.8 moser axles, spool 4.56 gear. 28x12.5 et streets, weld draglites.4 point roll bar. 4"glass lift off cowl hood.. Nice red paint, good solid car with a clear title. street legal, runs 6.80s in 1/8th mile with 100 shot ,7.90s 0n motor
