that was great. bad thing is, i have clients that are just like that. i used to try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that they knew what they were talking about. not anymore. granted, it's not everyone. but if you've worked on a computer for the last 10 damn years and i ask you what you're user-name or password is, i would expect common sense to kick in.

or another favorite. getting a call in the morning from a pissed off client. they can't log onto their computer because someone elses' user-name is there. Apparently, in the whole time they've been using a computer, they've never figured out the backspace or delete key.
