+1, and no offense, but were starting to sound ricey "well when i supercharge my car it will beat yours" not saying this is what you said, but im sure you get the point.

How about this. Stop posting these kinds of threads. It's pointless. No body knows the other car, nobody knows your power output because A) You're speaking completely hypothetically and B) We don't know if you can drive, and to top it all off there are so many variables that can make a huge difference.

I've seen so many of these damn threads and every time there's a different answer until somebody raced the other.

Besides, didn't you just wreck your Mustang? Your thinking of throwing a KB on there after you wrecked it? Doesn't make much sense if you ask me.

Here in Miami we have to worry about Lambo's and GTR's lol
god, i love miami!

you should be able to beat most domestics.. 03-04 cobra would be pretty even, you'll lose to a C6 non zo6, or c5 zo6. i've seen a pretty much stock c5 coupe go 12.7's at 112 on street tires.. new srt8 challenger will probably beat you. its hard to say..

Never trust who is on your right or left. I am sure you should have no problem with most cars, but when it comes to modded cars, you never know. Especially those Fox body guys. They are sneaky.

The challenger is pig, I drove one just the other day, not impressed. Then drove a 10 GT with long tubes, full exhaust and a tune, you could definately feel the difference. We didnt get a chance to give them a side by side run, but the mustang felt way stronger than the challenger. I just cant imagine a challenger even with 425 on the crank staying with a kb with 400 on the rear. Not with what, 400lbs difference in weight. This is kind of a dumb post, but bench racing one cars numbers to another is relatively entertaining.

depending on how well he drives i think he could hang with some pulled cobras, mild h/c ls1's, c6's, and c5z06's...

the rest i agree...besides foxbody...depends whats done

and no way he should lose to a srt8 challenger...and depending on driver mod may run with c5z06's and some c6's as well (ls2)

now if the vettes are modded...then watch out

pullied cobras typically dyno around 460 and can barely stay with the c6z06s. hes not going to be able to hang with one on only 9lbs if he cant hang with a termi. and srt8s wont even be a challenge for him

lol a pullied cobra will get raped by a c6z06 from a roll...and a dig as long as it doesn't have traction problems. i said nothing about a c6z06...

i think he could run with some pullied cobras as many only run low 12's and trap around 115 which is definitely possible if he's making upper 300's

Well I say race anyone who wants to, don't avoid people that might beat you to "save face." what does that even mean? does that mean your car is slow? no it doesn't it means his car was fast.

And race as many street bikes as you can because half of them can't ride for shit and shift WAY early just because they redline at 14-16k and it feels like its time to shift at around 10k. and if you lose who cares its a fucking motor with wheels no shit it beat you!

I say there are 2 kinds of racers in the world.

Type 1: the fags- when they win they brag about a kill regardless of whether the other guy was really racing, missed a gear, ran up behind another car, etc. and then when they lose they make excuses as to why they didn't win

Type 2: the grown men- when they win they compliment the opponent on a good run regardless of how badly they owned them. and when they lose they say "damn your car is fast, what do you have done"

Type 1 guys are they people who play games on the beginner or easy level everytime

To the OP post up when you HAVE the KB installed and have some track times....until then it's pointless to debate about what you "THINK" you'll beat...hell you could run high 12's or high 11's....maybe even low 13's if you don't know how to drive...it'd YOU that wins the race not the CAR

"What if" dreaming is not going to do anything because numbers don't mean shit cuz u may be out there with 10psi getting your ass SMOKED because u have no traction and you can't drive

Norcalam2....i'd say i'm type 2....

I got beat by a fender by this camaro....i gave him mad props for building a quick ass car...here it is

Type 2's FTW...they're good people and awesome enthusiasts

You win some you lose some...i like to race to better myself!
