YES SIR!!! some people dont like salvage titles but they dont bother me at all one bit... UNLESS it was rebuilt by someone else other than me or my dads shop. You just never know what kinda work was done by someone else. I wouldnt EVER buy a rebuilt vehicle. I want it to still be wrecked so that i know it is done right.

Kinda, like the Mustang I just bought. My body shop got the title for it after it was wrecked and sat in our yard for awhile. Now all if have to do is put a bumper cover and deck lid on it and I'm golden, pony boy.

Anyway, I sure as hell hope that truck isn't compensating for something.

BTW, I really just gayed the shit out the O.P's thread
I'm in Denham Springs Hook me up :-p

Back on topic,

I was lucky enough to get my dads old truck when he bought a new one and I've been driving it since 2002. I'm trying myself to get a mustang right now, all I'm doing is saving at the moment but try to keep from jumping at the first vehicle you can afford, it may end up costing you more in the long run if you let your emotions get ahead of your gut. It sucks having to bum rides but you want to make sure you get the right car/truck and not one that you had the oppotunity to purchase and overlooked problems with it because you wanted one so bad. Just FYI.

Holy crap, finally, someone the same age as me on here. I just turned 15.

Good luck with getting a first car, I may be looking myself somewhat soon. I would say get whatever best suits you depending on what you need a car for besides transportation.

Craigslist will help you a lot man.

I was hard headed and had to have a stang, so I didn't actually buy my first car until I was 17. I drove my Dad's 5.7 tundra at times and my Mom's Pathfinder.

Sold my first car in Feb, and bought my GT in May.

Craigslist helps for local private sells. Cheaper that way.

Newsonwheels and autotrader are good too.
