what a month

this just havent been a good month for the mustang, like yesterday for example, went and had my tires changed and realized after i left they did not balance them. so i gotta take it back today and while the car was on the lift i noticed o/r x pipe melted the connector on my 02 sensor and the end on 02 sensor extension, also found that i have a terrilbe exhaust leak between the o/r x and manifold, and was told i need to shocks because they are squeaking very bad.. im just tired of problems with the car. its always something here lately.. hopefully you all are having a better month that i am lol im sure some are worse as well

Well think of it this way: you just achieved 'regular' status.

Congratulations.

Yah, problems come in waves and rarely when the time is right or you have the capital to fix the problem. I just laugh and use it as a oportunity to upgrade.

Just like home appliances. Once just can't go down the shitter. They all go at once.

Damn, welcome to my world. My TOB is on it's way out, O2 sensor has gone bad (got a new one on the way though), found out the cigarette lighter has no power to the wires so my accent lighting is on hold, gears are starting to grind, etc. Luckily I just landed a job that will work with my school schedule so shit can start getting fixed.

you know how easy it is to fix your cig lighter? you can tap into any hot wires on the car. are you using it for a lighter or for a power source for something 12v? if a power source just find a hot wire that is on with the ignition and t tap staight to that or find a constant hot and wire in a toggle switch.

and TOB is throw out bearing....suprised nobody said that yet...LOL

Haha yeah I know I can tap into the radio harness. I talked to wraith about that. I'm still a bit of a car noob so I don't quite have the balls to go taking more stuff apart just yet

And lol I know TOB is throw out bearing. Fucker keeps getting squeakier and I'm getting tired of it.

Keep your chin up!!

TECHNICALLY none of that is a safety issue the shocks could be argued they are but for now Im sure they are fine!!!

Just pick one problem, hit it and go after the next!!!

You take life to seriously it'll kill you!!!

when it rains, it pours. A month after I got my car I had a bubble in the sidwall of the front passenger tire, spent over $1k in tires because of that. Then I curbed multiple rims BAD. Luckily they were just scuffed so spent $160 and repaired all 4 (some had minor damage when i bought the vehicle). So yeah..you're not the only one! Just set your priorities for what you want fixed and git r done!!
